Best Time to Visit Tamilnadu
Being a tropical land, there is hardly a sharp variation between the summer and winter temperatures in Tamil Nadu. The months of April and May are the hottest with the mercury hovering around the 40 C mark while the mercury remains around 20-22 degree C in the winter months. In contrast to most parts of India, Tamil Nadu gets most of its rain from the North East Monsoons. Thus, the best/ideal time to visit Tamil Nadu is between October to February, when the weather conditions remain pleasant and enchanting.
